I placed an online order with this "shop" on November 29, 2013. My payment was immediately accepted and completed via PayPal. I have sent numerous emails to all email addresses associated with them and have not recieved a single reply to any emails sent. I noticed on their social networking Instagram profile they were up to date on posting pictures and responding to commenters. I submitted a comment to their profile asking how can I recieve an update to a placed order - and my comment was deleted.

I did not think much of it at first - until I saw a few days later another commenter asked if they could recieve an update on their order as well. I reached out to this person and I found out they are in the same boat as me. This "business" has been ignoring their emails as well. I decided to post another comment to The Love of Pretty's instagram profile, and my comment was deleted within seconds. I posted another comment asking to please not delete my comment - and it was literally deleted right before my eyes. Within the next few seconds I was blocked from commenting on their profile. 

I then posted screen shots on my Instagram profile showing how they deleted my comments all from asking about an order status. I found this a bit shady, so I tagged their profile with the screen shots I posted to my profile. From there, I was able to see my tags brought in two more people who are in the same boat as me as well. This company takes your money and in turn, will NOT fulfil your order, nor will they respond to any emails regarding questions about a placed and PAID order. They will block you from their public social networking site on Instagram if you make any comment asking about your order status as well. PLEASE watch your wallet and do NOT purchase anything from this "business". 

The only redeeming factor is I paid through PayPal and have a claim filed against them. The status is waiting on their response, which something tells me they will not ever recieve one. In the end, I hope PayPal settles this claim in my favor and I can get my money back. It is never okay to play with people's money. I hope this rip off report can get enough exposure about The Love of Pretty shop to save other people from landing in the same mess I am in now.
