The Mail Room Mailed 2,951 ink smeared and stained postcards on my behalf & destroyed my 16,000 envelopes Medina Ohio

I contracted with The Mail to send out mailers on my behalf. They ordered 10,000 envelopes with my return address which Ipaid for on 11/11/08. They also ordered another 6,000 envelopes with a special design on the front. These were paid for 3/2/09.

They send out one mailing of 1,687 (black on white) postcards and another of 1,264 (red, blue and black on white) postcards. When the returns came back to me - the ink on the front and back of the majority of these 2,951 cards were smudged. When I questioned the quality, I was told that they knew there was a problem with the glass paper they used and next time they would use a matt paper.

I told them that we had to resolve this situation because it was not acceptable. They asked me to send the cards to them. I did. I received the cards back and that was that. I received no other response.

I notified my bank of the situation and showed them the post cards. The Mail Room debited my bank account for the full amount anyway on January 15, 2009. I notified the bank, they disputed the charges.

I notifed The Mail room that we had to resolve the problem and I received no response. On March 2, I paid the costof their materials but did not pay for the color fee to print a black and white post card nor did I pay for their labor. I asked them to pack my envelopes and send to me with a bill and I would cover the shipping.

On April 3, 2009 The mail room replied and said thatI had to pay the balance on the invoices that I had not paid. They also stated that if I did not pay that amount $321.35 then they would destroy all of my envelopes on May 1.

I filed a complaint with the Ohioo Better Business Bureau, but of course, The Mail Room feels that their ink stained and smeared post cards should be paid for. So they destroyed my 16,000 envelopes .

I urge EVERYONE to not deal with this company. They have stolen my envelopes, sent extremely poor quality mailings out under my name and cost me hours of my time.
