All of the other reports of The MainOne Group is exactly the same situation I had.  I had checked them out on the Ripoff Report before ordering on 12/05/2009.  I couldn't find anything negative about them, so I ordered my granddaughter a nintento dsi for Christmas.

I received the same emails from them as everone else.  I could never get an answer as to when my order would ship.  As my granddaughter lives in another state, it was too late to order another nintendo and have it arrive before Christmas, I was hoping that my order would arrive from The MainOne Group.  It never did.  I have requested a refund through my credit card company.  I hope they are proud that they spoiled a little girl's Christmas.
