Have older home - pre WW2. Unsure as to any work done but accepted the comments from the warranty/isurance group that others in our area had had major sewer and water line issues that are not covered by the Utilities company. They make it seem like they Utility company knows about them to make them sound more legit. Several months into coverage we had a drainage issue that turned out to be due to a blocked orangeburg pipe leading to the main sewer line. Started to tell us that the exterior work would not be covered but interior work would be. Now denying claim based on a pre-existing condition notice.

I agree with another claimant here on your site that they start to give every excuse that you may not be covered desipte having paperwork that states coverage. I used to have a site called BigBullyWatcher which is a better type agency to report to than the BBB so glad to have flound your non-biased non-company member driven pat on the back site. People must be warned about insurance companies that gladly take your money but cannot afford to or deny payment out legitimate claims.
