the medicine program ripoff false promises the business that doesn't give a dam Doniphan, Missouri

I really feel that this company had started off being great--At one time. I had about a twoyears ago, sent a money order, (which it was cashed), and no pills ever arrived!, I didn't have a computer at that time, and I used the phone number instead. Not being a toll free number, I sat on it for a half an hour and figured forget it, it was costing way too much for nothing.

This time around, I have contacted them because I had recieved, at least three months ago, a check from them for $15.00. Called them and talked to a man, who said I paid them too much for the medicines, that they contact the companies after contacting the doctor. Our doctors office has never been contacted. Not will they I believe.

Since then, I have found out the medicine that my mother uses, is $3.84 a months worth in Mexico, and seems to work better or fresher than what we get here for $115.00??? What is wrong with this picture? No medicine program, I have e-mailed them twice, from two different email accounts and still no answer or even a aweknowledgement of me writing.

I once again have to go to town, 43 miles one way, and to get a weeks worth of pills and hope I can find a way to mexico to get more pills for my mother. Will I see the pills before she dies? She has been going thru radiation treatment and is a diabetic, and she is 78 years of age. And not in the best of health either. The desert is not a kind place to have to travel when you think a solution was handed to you like this program. No solution, just a broken promise.
