I ordered from THE Military Club a 2200 matching 3 piece livingroom set, For my parents for Christmas.The first set that was delvered was damaged so I refused delvery and it was sent back, 3 weeks later a replacement was finally was shipped to us.This set is also damaged and does not match.
I have been fighting with this company for almost 2 months.I sent them pictures of the damage also to show that the pieces do not match and they say they will call me back and they do not.
The military club rep Jen Jones told me on the phone on MONDAY JANUARY 22nd 2007 that they had a meeting and these 3 pieces match close enough! I have to keep this livingroom set thay will not replace it.
With that they are refusing to replace them with a new set that matches and is not damaged. I paid $2200 for this livingroom set and now I am stuck with a damaged mixmatch livingroom set.
