I use to work for The mobile solution. I was a sales manager.

At the time my market director was Daryl Sagun (who last I checked might still work for the company, he transferred to the LA market as a regional)

Well let me tell you, first off do not trust this company, they are located nation wide and they will do any and everything to get you to sign up for t-mobile. They are trained to lie and taught by their upper management to soullessly do anything for the sale (this includes fraud)

Daryl Sagun taught how to

1.Incorrectly mistype one number in someones social to "UP" their credit class.
2.Create a false social security number for illegals to get them a "UP TO PAR" credit class
3.Type in the customers social as their drivers license number to "HELP" the credit class.
4.If a customer is to return the product and it is a free phone I was told "NOT" to return the phone in order to keep our activation log up. This resulted in the customer being charged $250 per line on their debit or credit account without their knowledge four months later.
5.Promise customers one month free of service when in reality this was not true.
6.Tell customers a "ADD A LINE" was a type of "INSURANCE" plan, because they can just use this as a backup phone and not tell them about activation fee's or that they cannot take this line off after the 30days due to the fact that they are now bound to a 2yr contract on that line.
7.Do not accept a accessory return, basically lie to the customer.
8.I was told that it was ok to walk into a "BIG BOX" (I.E BEST BUY) store and add a line, then not use the line, upon which I would cancel the line a few hours after word using the sales rep code then keep the phone. This got me the phone at a discounted price and/or free. The trick is I did not have to return it because there is no secondary contract binding me to return. THIS IS NOT TRUE THEY WILL CATCH YOU NOW.

This company is shady and they will do anything to get you to sign up with t-mobile. I ended up quitting because all the way they treat employees and customers.

The mobile solution is located in most malls (mainly Westfield). They are mainly kiosk packed with a bunch of neatly dressed men and women. Some are inline stores. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Anyone in the LA area avoid Daryl Sagun, he is a true rip off artist. And if you work for him good luck, he will hide his a*s to get you fired like he did half of the Sacramento market.

He told the managers to hide the phones then gave them up in fear of getting caught, putting the blame on them and only them.
