The Modern Clothing False advertised clothing sale and give-a-ways. My debit card charged. No item received. Cannot get in contact. Internet

I followed the website link online after it was advertised that they were having a summer sale. The website (The Modern Clothing) is (currently at this time) advertising they are giving away free bracelets as well as watches for their summer sale. I then entered their website on August 11th 2017 and purchased two items: A (free) watch and a jacket. My debit card was then charged 39.95 upon purchased and I then received an email confirmation about my order. That was the last heard from the company. 10 days later I sent out an email inquiring about my order no response. 3 days after that i sent another email and still no response. I did a follow-up and checked their website and there seems to be no way of contacting the company (e.g. no contact form, contact us complaints.) On their social media (instagram, facebook) they've disabled comment systems, so there is no way of leaving messages if they've failed to see your emails. I have been scammed and i am filing a dispute with my credit card company. I fail to understand how social media giants such as instagram would allow companies to advertise without valid verification.

The scam operates as follows: 1. Advertisement of a summer sale with discounts and free give-a-ways 2. Count down system on site giving consumers the illusion that items are going fast 3. Fake purchase pop-ups on website giving consumers the false illusion that items are actually being bought 4. False email confirmation as if your order is on the way. I am hoping service can be done and the website can be shut down. Thank you.
