The MoneyStore MDS Mortgage, Larry Dear Failure to pay for leads provided Florham Park New Jersey

 The MoneyStore contracted RLN Media to provide them with Live Transfer Reverse Mortgage Leads.  They placed 2 large orders with us for $50,000 worth of leads.  On the second order, the owner, Larry Dear, charged the $50k on his credit card.  After receiving all the leads over a months time and also receiving some extra leads, he contacted his credit card company and denied ever knowing about the charge.  He had a written contract to pay for the leads received, he signed a written credit card authorization and at this time is in debt to our company for the amount of $50,000.  On top of denying the charge, Mr. Dear is currently looking for free leads. A criminal complaint has been filed against The MoneyStore in the Nassau County District Attorney's office.
