The Moore Law Group used illegal, deceitful and unethical practices to obtain a default judgment on me. The Moore Law Group and I were in verbal and written communications Seven (7) months prior to their filing of a Summons & Compalint against me. During that time I verbally told them and submitted in writing via certified mail that I would accept service of procees when and if they ever filed the complaint. When we were unable to reach a compromise on an old debt, the Moore Law Group "apparently" served me with the Summons & Complaint at an address I had almost 16 years prior and attempted to get a defult. Unknown to them I had received notice from another Law Firm who were offering their legal services to me. I contacted various paralegl groups and attorneys for advise and they all advised me to file my answer A.S.A.P. as the Moore Law Group is known to perform "Gutter" or "Phantom" service to get a quick default. Gutter and Phantom sevice means that they find the oldest possible address and serve you there instead of the most recent address.
