The Mortgage Law Group Keshawn Deceived By The Morgage Law Group Scam and soon to be homeless Lake Worth, Florida

The Mortgage Law Group is phony and kept stringing us along with a fake modification. We had about ten different people helping us and the story would be that the person quit the company and would no longer be handling our case. I became suspicious and very uncomfortable with this because the next person had no idea about, the crooked investors that has our morgage.

They took our money and kept asking for paperwork that was always provided and seemed lost, when we asked questions. The Investors and Morgage holders Kondaur came out and did an appraisal on the property and the guy told me they had a buyer already and they are going to win the foreclosure and take the house, so be prepared. I informed Mr. Vallejo of the information, I received from Kondaur's employee and he said: He called them and everything was not true.

The next day we received papers saying that if the back monies of $150,000 is not paid by the end of October, that foreclosure procedures would be filed on the house. I faxed the papers to Mr. Vallejo who said the bank did not send papers to them. He said this was normal and don't worry, because the modification was coming soon. We'll the Friday which was 8/17/2012 Kondaur sent a envelope by UPS stating that we did not qualify for a modification, because we were short on our monthly budget, which was not true, because Mr. Vallejo guranteed me we qualified for the modification.

Here we are three to four months later and about to be homeless with our children, because of The Morgage Law Group, who strung us along and knew they couldn't solve our modification or get our morgage reinstated. We sent the new Kondaur Bank our payment, when they brought the morgage from Fair Banks Capital we made the payment like we were suppose too, but Kondaur rejected the payment and demanded a lump sum and said: they will not reinstating the morgage unless they got a lump sum, so that's why the balance is so big.

I hope someone can help us we have been victims of on going bank schemes and need real professional help to save our home. Kondaur Bank has harassed us, threatened up physically to sell and followed us to our cars and we have tapped all of this. They have sent dozens of men to our home to scare us to sell, physical threats and a man even attempted to force open the front door to come in. I attempted to make police reports, but they say take it up with another court.

We have been so frightened that we had cameras installed to record any further activity. They even have followed us to other family members houses and waited outside and approached us when we went to get into the car. It would be like five or six men charging, so we were able to tape record it with the voices.
