The Movers Group This company will STEAL and CHEAT you out YOUR money and PROPERTY!!! Do NOT use them for any reason!! Hallandale, Florida

This company took advantage of my husband and I by not only up charging us whenever they could but also stealing items from us. I have pictures (more than just what is posted) and witnesses to prove everything!!!

When they came to pick up my things, they were rude about paperwork and made me sign without explaining. My husband, who is military was unable to be with me through pick up and delivery, dealt with the company over the phone. The company was highly rude once they began gathering my items. The truck that was brought did not have enough room for all of my belongings even though we stated that it was a one bedroom apartment. Thank goodness I sold my couches though my box springs and vacuum were strapped on to back of the truck. I was assured they would fine. The box springs were damaged (bent frame and torn) and the vacuum broken.

When my things were delivered, boxes were opened, damaged, and turned over even though they were marked fragile. Items were damaged including bedroom furniture that was scratched. The bedroom furniture was wrapped by the company but was pushed along the floor to the point there were holes in the blanket and the items were damaged. The company also cut holes in an ottoman directly in front of me as they unwrapped it.

I was unable to mark items off the list because the numbers placed on them were not on the boxes and then there would be a box with a number it would have  3 to 5 numbers on it. Not to mention the paperwork was completely unreadable and was not given to me until I requested it in delivery. (I was told that I could not have the papers when they picked the items up)

As they were delivering items, they unloaded another person's items and left them in the rain.

The deliverers were rude and unhelpful! Not to mention, they did not deliver my flat screen TV or Christmas Tree stating that they were not on the truck. When we contacted the office, we were told they were missing. At this point, we never heard back from the company until we started raising cain with them. They kept telling me they were lost and who would want a Christmas Tree. Well, I would! It was my Grandmother's who passed away and the TV was my first present from my husband. They mean something to me!!

We have gone rounds with this company. We filed a report that is stated by law they must pay us some money for damages but we have yet to see a dime and it has been 9 months. I would NEVER use this company again. They will take you for everything including the additional 500 dollars for a weight limit for my things when I had to take items myself because there was not enough room on the truck. I continually asked about more insurance but was told I was fine on insurance. It was only later through reading the paperwork on delivery that I found that the insurance was only 60 cents per pound. What is this? Are you kidding me??

It must be nice to work for a company that robs people blind and have no cares when you are watching someone else's TV. This company is worthless and the people who work there will one day have to answer for the horrible deeds they have done.
