I have no reservations in saying that I am the owner of the company which is a direct competitor to The Natural Sapphire Company. We have been observing dubious ways of running business by The Natural Sapphire Company and its owner Michael Arnstein. We have also observed lot of self-generated publicity this company has created around Kate Middleton's sapphire engagement ring and so called replica of the sapphire ring
Here are some facts about the Natural Sapphire company who sell natural sapphires, natural sapphire engagement rings and sapphire jewelry including Natural rubies
a) First and the foremost their stuff is about 400% more expensive then what is offered by other companies. Under the garb of natural they sell their inventory at exorbitant price
b) Most of their inventory is self certified and they avoid giving their inventory to third party lab for certification
c) If one may observe sapphire engagement rings on The natural sapphire company web site ; are priced arbitrarily ; sometime there pricing doesnt make sense ; For example many simple solitaire rings are 200% more expensive than same metal same stone pave rings
d) Then we have observed huge number of duplicate inventory listed at different prices ; for example stones are listed in pairs as well as listed separately having totally different prices.
e) Further there are hundreds of post and negative review on the forums about The natural sapphire Company about how the company indulges in extensive image manipulation. Just Google for The Natural sapphire company complaints. And you will see hundreds of negative post on Natural Sapphire Company
f) Further we understand they had a reputed India based company managing their software development. The Natural Sapphire Company and its owner Michael Arnstein in a deep conspiracy tried poaching the employees of this company by offering them illegal pay offs, and promise of illegal immigration in USA. The conspiracy was uncovered by Indian cyber police and currently Michael Arnstein is facing criminal charges
g) We were approached by this software company who told us that Michael Arnstein further resorted to threats to the family members of the directors of this software company which is very disturbing
h) Then The Natural sapphire Company holds the dubious distinction of having a rip off site completely dedicated to them on http://www.thenaturalsapphirecompany.us

OUR COMPANY WAS SUBJECTED TO FAKE/FALSE REVIEWS BY A FORMER EMPLOYEE/VENDOR
All the negative reviews on RipOffReport.com were created from Mid 2011 till early 2012 (about 7 month period). A former contractor located in India posted these false reviews. Note the grammar is very poor in most of the reviews and the claims are in many cases outrageous. We filed suit in court to have the dozens of false reviews removed from the internet in 2012.
The judge issues a court order to remove all the false reviews and Google complied on most of the fake reviews that we could find. Bing and Yahoo do not have a legal dept that removes court orders so many of the false reviews still show up.
The Natural Sapphire Company has a near perfect reputation on Yelp, TrustPilot and other highly respected 3rd party review websites. Do not believe the nonsense you read on this website, PissedConsumer.com etc, they were all fake!
