This Rip Off is simple. This company is sending collection letters for items that were purchased somewhere else. This is one of the lowest scams out there. You purchase your product through Amazon or eBay, then go to Neat to register it. Next thing you know, they send you a very aggressive collection letter (even pretending they sent you prior attempts to collect).

In my case, I called them several times. They keep transferring you around. The calls get disconnected. They bounce you to one department to the next, then to the original department. Be careful! Don't give them your money.
