The Northern Trust Company, Julie Benson, Kristian Weaver Trust RipOff of 12 Million Dollar Estate Chicago Illinois

I am the Guardian Of Person and Estate of a Disabled Adult who has an Estate over 12 million held at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, Illinois. She recieved an 15 Million Dallor settlement do to her Mothers death and her disability that came from it. 

Here is my many problems with The Northern Trust Company. They Estate has lost Millions due to Northern Trust investing in their own failing mutual funds. As the S&P 500 stock gain money, they take the earnings and invest it also to purchase more of their own personal failing Mutual funds. To me, its like a form of stealing if you keep purchasing large shares of your failing Mutual funds. 

I complained and told them, I want them fired. The Northern Trust company and their Attorney then went to the Judge and said that they have been losing money because I have not been signing investment papers for them to buy and sell stock.  I dont sign investment papers. They just make the investment. Moreover, they didnt even imform me of the court date so I could be their.

They had the judge take away my power to tell them what to do as Guardian of the estate and said, if I dont sign a paper giving them full power to make any trades they want in 7 days, they will have the Guardian ad Litem issue a citation to take away my Guradianship of the estate.

I was sent the paper to sign and the citation on the same day.

Other complaints I have with the Northern Trust Company is, I signed a contract with a Home Healthcare company called BrightStar for $240 a day for live-in caregiver service for the disabled person. Months later, They Northern Trust Company started paying them $280 a day without my approval or the courts. I found out years later, they they forged a fake second contract which was never approve or given to the courts. they gave them a raise to falsify information about the family in the home.

Also, The Northern Trust Company show paying pharmacy bills for the disabled person for over 11 plus years. They amout that they take from the estate is much greater than the pharmacy bills which has cost the estate a lot of money. Example, a G-Tube 14fr 3.0 should cost under $200.  The estate is charged $1217. and bills for about $400, the estate is charged over $800.

The Northern Trust has billed the estate for Kiddieland bills and the disabled person never attended Kiddieland and she was 17 Years old at the time. They said they was paying a caregiver who didnt even have a childcare business through her company. that should be illegal if the person never attended the childcare and the childcare was not licensed  to care for people that age. That should also be tax fraud. The court never approved this. The Northern Trust company just did it and didnt even tell me. I was and am the Guradian of the estate.

Also, The Northern Trust Company gave the Guradian Ad Litem over 7 raises withouw telling me. I just saw that the hourly rate kept going up by $5. The court was also not informed about this.

The disabled person is living in a home that is not assessable and has a lot of damage to it. The Northern Trust Company and their attorney said the 12 Million dollar estate is not enough money to buy a home if the moeny is to last the disabled person to the age of 80 years old. 

The disable person has Cerebral Palsy and is confined to a wheel chair and has a g-tube in there stomach and eat pureed foods. 

The disabled person estate is in a Guradianship. I have been begging for the estate to go into an trust but the Northern Trust company and the guradian ad litem wont let me. The Northern Trust Company takes ownership in estates as if it is their own. 

I have reached out to many attorneys but the very good ones would not take the case because they all said the judge must have sometheing to do with this because they are geting away with to much. The Judge is being transfered to another courtroom in a few months. Nevertheless, an Guradian ad litem Attorney is taking her place.

I have been doing all I can to protect my family for over 10 years. Now they are directing all their attacts on me in taking away my Guradianship. I wish I culd find a Pro Bono civil Attorney. This is to much stress for one person. Lord Jesus, Please deliver us out of the hands of the Enemy!
