Dear Texans
The Office of Credit Commissioner(which regulate finance company, such as auto loans, merchant loans) Will not help the buyer. OCC works for the merchants. After listen to a tape which had been left on my sister answering machine. Calling her a racial name . Both the commsissioner Leslie Pettijohn and Rudy Adular (Director), started laughing. After Rudy had realized he had not disconnect the line. He made a statement saying it was a saturday night live joke.
The Office of Credit commissioner will not help the buyers, it's so much Deceptive Practices in the State of Texas. So if any buyer has complaints concerning extra interest in the car loans or home loans. Do not ask for help.
OCC will side with the Dealerships-Merchants
Go to the texas finance code 348.301 concerning auto loans. Remember there is a cap on the industry kick backs, no more than 2% The Banking Commissioner allows 3% and up. This is the reason buyers are upside down in the Auto Loans and Mortgage. It on the tape. Texas laws are not about Federal Law. If Texans do not take a stand, Texas will continue to be these second highest State in Bankrupties and Bad Credit and Low Credit Scores
Governor's Perry of Texas on of his employees wants my sister to forget about the tape. (Kristain)
I am requesting the monies be returned to consumer from 1998 until 2007 1998 lawsuits had been filed with (GMC, Toyota, Honda, Ford, VW, BMW) These companies change the policy in 2002-2004 not to accept more than a 2.5% markup on interest rate (after the buy rate from the bank) this is 2007 in the state of Texas the policy is not enforced. The Commissioner stated it would take too much money and people. She would not do anything about.
