The only 1 company removed close to $100 dollars from my account with out my concent, when I called a supervisor at the company he tried for two weeks to contact their fraud dept. to no avail. Finally after threatening to lawer up and settle out of court the manager I was dealing with told me to persue this matter in court. I would like to make this a Class Action suit and I would like to know if anyone would be willing to join my cause.
