The Only1 Prepaid Visa Card Is Issued By MetaBank Excessive Charges, Can't access sign-in, Card Declined at $35.00 balance, Phone support charges InternetOnly1 Visa Prepaid Card Salt Lake City, Utah

In December I got a $200.00 Only 1 VISA debit card for on-line purchases. And registered it on-line. Each morning I get a email update showing my balance. Every few weeks they deduct $4.95 service fee. I made a few small purchases, then around the last $45.00 on the card I start getting the "Card Declinded, I try to log in on-line and can't. So I call the Support Line, get told they would re-set password and charged .95. Still can't log in, called 3 more times, 3 more charges. I called on March 3, 2009 and asked them to cancel the card and to refund the balance to me. Another charge. Then my balance is reduced another $4.95. Now my daily e-mail from them is $16.70 that I can't spend.

Phone maze is all time consuming, phone operators have do not follow through with e-mail confirming password reset / nor does their website relay e-mail re-set .. I have asked at least three times why I was Not getting the password reset e-mail their website says will confirm account.

This card has stopped being able to make any on-line purchases from any site I have tried. I feel this company has stolen the last $45.00 from me by not letting me use the remaining balance. Only1 VISA card search on the web showed others will money left on their card not being able to use too. Their website shows 20 different charges under Terms and Conditions.... I checked and found most supermarkets offer dozens of pre-payed cards from lots banks. Some do not charge fees until after 12 months.

In less than three months, MetaBank has basically charged me more than $50.00 from a $200. pre-load Debit card. Beware to all....... all DEBIT PRE-PAY Cards are not equal. Some people plan on making suckers of consumers.
