This hotel is a fraud a dingy crappy 2 star hotel that uses the name "Palms Hotel" to act like they are the "Royal Palms "
The Royal Palms is a Starwood hotel and nice luxury brand, this is a rundown crappy hotel, that has roaches and bedbugs.
I never stayed there but I stopped in after mistakingly booking it under wrong name.
I called literally sixty seconds later hotels.com and they said they are bound by hotel rules, so called hotel and begged the manager to cancel reservation since its a mistake and wrong hotel. The hotel manager refused and kept a 3 day hotel stay that I was not going to use and would never ever stay in.
I was already in the Royal Palms and had no intention of ever staying there I just needed another room in hotel and mistakingly booked this hotel.

On behalf of The Palms Hotel & Spa, we sincerely regret any inconvenience that you may have experienced when you made your reservation on a third party website and selected our hotel by accident. We would like to assure you that no fraud, deceptive practices, domain or trademark squatting practices of any kind are performed at our property as we have been known as The Palms Hotel & Spa since 2009. Unfortunately it seems that the hotel that you meant to reserve has recently changed their name similar to ours and we do see how this could have been confusing for you.
