I will never use this service again.  Total waste of time.  A bunch of people I know have had major problems with these guys.  They don't live up to what they claim and they have terrible customer service!

If you feel that you have been ripped off you should call the Law Society of Upper Canada and make a complaint.  That is if this guy is a liscensed paralegal.  These guys were regulated a while back and carry errors and emmisions insurance.
