I purchased a Silky Terrier from The Pedigree Shop located in Park Meadows Mall in August. I was told (and is listed in the "contract") it would take about 3 months to get the pedigree papers. It is now December and I still have not received any paperwork even after multiple visits back to the store and multiple phone calls. Lori Senecal is the owner/mgr and does not return my calls.

After all of the excuses I have been told by employees and by Ms. Senecal herself, I'm beginning to think this is NOT a legitimate purebred. (and have been sold a pet under false pretenses). IE: Overcharged.

I am now obtaining a lawyer, reporting her and her business to the Colorado State Attny General for Consumer Affairs, and to the BBB.
