I consigned $3,250 of coins to The Penny Lady aka Charmy Harker and she was going to sell these PCGS graded coins and take a 15% commission on her website www.thepennylady.com
It took her about 3 months to sell all but 4 of the 22 coins I sent her and she promised to pay me and return the unsold coins. Well after 2 weeks of waiting I get a fed ex box with my unsold coins only.
I called her up and asked her why no check was in the box and she said she would send a check right away. One week later I received a check and deposited it only to find out the check was returned NSF. The check bounced. It took several months of back and forth and threats of prosecution to get her to finally make good on her check.

This is the REAL Charmy Harker and I just learned of this alleged "report." Everyone needs to know it is a complete fabrication. The report never happened and I did not post the alleged reply. Both the initial report and the reply are the writings of someone who has fraudulently assumed my identity in an attempt to damage my reputation. I have not bounced any checks and have never had any such action with any customer. Again, the posting of these allegations is a complete fabrication.
I greatly value my reputation and my customers, and those who know me, know that I do not treat my customers this way nor do I conduct my business like this.

This is Charmy Harker aka The Penny Lady and this guy is a total liar I paid him as soon as he let me know the check bounced!!! I always make good on my checks. I'm getting a lawyer over this as he lies!!!
