In November I ordered a small handbag as a gift listed at $7.99 with by bank debit card. Did not knowing agree to any additional purchases espicially at 99.98.  In Jan. on or about the week of 01/21 I received a pkg. with no invoice of shipping infomation,  except on the outside packing an unordered purse ( One that I would not have chosen if I actually was ordering) and found that my bank account had been charged $99,98. Tried calling the number on the card enclosed in pkg. 4 or more times. The card read The Perfect Style and the number was listed as customer Service. Never had anyone answer even after two of these call lasting over an hour, Feb. 5th I called a phone # listed with the transaction on my bank statement and talked to someone who identified themselves as working for an answering  service representing multiple vendors. (#855-602-7655) was at first told that I had ordered, which I hadn't, then offered a refund of 40%, then 50 , 75%.

When I insisted I wanted a full refund then she gave me a conformation # and a Transaction ID # and said I would receive an e-mail. This never happened. Called today then I was told it had been processed   Feb. 5th and was in the mail. I was initially told it would be credited to my account.  In talking with the rep. I discovered that I had also be charged  on 12/11/17 $99.98. She said she could only offer me a %50 discount and was processing it as we spoke and I should receive it by mail in 7 to 10 working days. This  company  should be investigated. From what I've found in complaints a review sites this is common practice for THe Perfect Style. Also the products are not of any quality, I wouldn't have paid more than $15.00-20.00 at the most for the item, had I not caught these transaction I would have been charged $99.98 a month. They had evidently tried to process another item for Feb. and my bank denied it.
