The perfume spot Selling expired or rejected perfumes and colognes. Very poor return policy. Edison, New Jersey

I bought severals items at Christmas..I started to use 2 differente colognes. They had no scent at all it was like alcohol and water mix. I call The perfume spot and told them what had happen..I explain that I still have 2 more colognes still seal in the box and I was affraid if I open the boxes I wouldn't be refunded. I was told that I had 30 days to do so..I explain I have many colognes and was impossible to try both cologne in such small amount of time. I was going to ask them to exchange for another bottles. But I never had a change because he hang up on me. I'm almost sure that they sell expired or rejected colognes and perfumes. Maybe the goverment should make them put an expiration date on perfumes and colognes. Stores like this shouldn't be in bussiness..They are ripoff artists.
