I paid 1600.00 for a pug pup that came with a 100% health guarentee and they said they would reimburse for any vet bills ...well we got teh dog home and he has kennel cough which we had about 3 vet vists and meds for him and then he had a parasite that is deadly to humans...but they insist the dog was healthy even with all the vet bills and they would give us bac the money within 4-6 weeks...well its been 4 months now and still no word..and when we called their claims dept it was a mobile voicemail and tehy never returned our call...we want teh money back that we spent on vet bills because that was promised to us when we got the dog..n teh poor thing was soo sick and lived on antibotics from teh time we got him for 7 weeks of his life
