The Phone Flash Guy Aaron Moore Total scam artist and liar! Akron Ohio

I found this guy advertising on Craigslist, that should have been my first hint that he was a total crook! We went back and forth all day about a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 that was flashed to Boost Mobile. The phone was mint, looked awesome! After over 20 emails, I said I wanted it for $216.99. I asked him where to PayPal the money to and he told me "One moment please". Three hours later, no word. I emailed again and again, he finally answered. I asked if he could mail it out on Saturday through USPS and I would get it on Monday.

I checked and that was all correct through the USPS website. He said yes, gave me his PayPal and tried to charge me 223! I asked what about the 216, then he changed it. He claimed there were PayPal fees I was being charged. I really should have gotten all these red flags, but I really wanted that stupid phone. I paid ASAP and waited. I emailed a couple of times asking for a tracking number and finally he answered that he was on his way to the post office.

On Saturday. After 4 p.m. THEY AREN'T OPEN!!! I told him this and he said he would just pay UPS for overnight. I told him they weren't open either! He then said that he just remembered that I never paid for overnight shipping and he didn't want to mail it to me. I told him to refund me my money ASAP. On PayPal there is a button to cancel and refund money and it goes back to the buyer. I wouldn't get it instantly, but I would see that he cancelled it and refunded me. Now he is claiming he has to wait on bank processing and I have had to bring up a PayPal claim against him.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST! HE IS A CROOK AND A TOTAL LIAR! The Note 2 is NOT worth the hassle this guy was giving me! If I had just listened to my brain and seen all those red flags I wouldn't be out over $200!!!!!
