I had a negative experience with The Phone Guy. He acted out in my home, then cut my phone lines rather than repair the issue. His behavior made me uneasy. I asked him to leave, then emailed that he could not return. I did not pay him, but hired another company to undo his damage and make the original repairs. I did not sue him for the cost in small claims court, but wrote a negative review. When he finally responded to my email, he admitted to deliberately disabling 1/2 of my phone service, then began prank calling me. Next up, he released my confidential client information to a vulgar female, Rhoni, who began calling, emailing, texting/MMSing, private Facebook messaging me with her filthy mouthed threats, name calling, a sexually explicit description of me, and admission of physically stalking me. Why? Because The Phone Guy (and later, her, too) publicly revealed my identity from my reviews. Rhoni's other boyfriend, Eric, then started submitting fake reviews (and opened email and Facebook accounts) as me. Rhoni initially used my phone number that Mike Taulli shared with her to enlighten me that Eric was using my identity. He was doing these things to aggravate her relationship with Mike, The Phone Guy, and had now involved me. Little did I know she would begin vicious attacks against me, and ask others to help, knowing all along that I was of no harm to her. How many clients of The Phone Guy would welcome that behavior if they had a concern regarding, "job satisfaction?"

These are three childish, unhappy, individuals involved in a love/hate triangle. My advice is to leave former, dissatisfied clients of The Phone Guy out of this personal war. Stop with the fake complaints, Eric, especially those intended to look like mine. It is already quite evident that most of the positive reviews for The Phone Guy are from Facebook friends. It was encouraged to continue doing so in a public FB post of Mike and Rhoni's, directed at attempting to have my FB account closed. I have documentation that I would readily provide, backing up everything I say in this rebuttal. Mike Taulli has since removed (too late) a report where he falsely accused and identified me (releasing my full name) as the one writing fake complaints against his company. By the way, I do not know/have never met the other two people involved. 

Mike Taulli is further belittling himself and The Phone Guy business in allowing his private affairs to air on rippoffreport.com. No matter how much these three continue to cause me grief, my negative review sticks, as it is truth. If my reviews are deleted, I will repost them,along with updating their annoyance efforts against me. God's honor on that!

I have been operating The Phone Guy since 1996. I have built this company from the ground up on shear will power and determination. I have survived two recessions and today, still going strong.
I have never been sued or can think of a customer that is not satisfied with our performance or work ethic.

Yes I was interrupted from the Super Bowl game that Sunday. My Girlfriend who is your ex was at her old residence picking up a few items left behind from when she lived there. She called me to state upon her trying to leave that you had left the home abruptly and the keys to my personal truck were missing.

Myself and a 30 year friend arrived at  Armley ave and did in fact call AAA to have my truck towed from your house to my home, AAA can verify that. My friend and I never set foot in the house and you know that because at that point you were there. We both saw you. Funny how you only peered from behind your wooden fence but never did come out. 

Almost immediately upon all three of us leaving My Girlfriend started receiving texts from you stating that you somehow found the truck keys and that your keys were missing. It wasn't till a week later the cell phones were brought to our attention. You stated that you traced to phones to my location and you were told by her to call the police to do what you must. Funny the police never did show up here.

All of what you said can be verified with texts and emails from you because we save all of them. We save everything from you, e mail, text etc because as you are well aware you have been harassing, threatening as well as launched a cyber attack against Me and My company for the last 6 months. You have made fake profiles of me on Facebook and created fake profiles so you can post fraudulent reviews on almost every major internet business directory. To your dismay almost all of them have been removed because you cannot substantiate any of them. Including rip off report and your latest attempt at boycott owl. You have made fake Facebook accounts depicting your ex and put her and I in immediate danger. You have signed me up for hundreds of internet dating suites which floods my in box daily.

It has become a weekly choir to check 10 to 13 business listings to see what your up to.

I am ready to produce signed affidavits from all my employees as well as my friend who went with me to retrieve my truck.

Better yet eric, Why don't you produce a valid invoice, work order showing this mythical work we performed at the Armley Street location. All our invoices are documented and the invoice number should be easily verified in the number range of that particular time period. Show also how you contacted us. Your disdain for me is easily verified as well. Why would you even call The Phone Guy other than to further the continuous harassment?

The company that really should do back ground checks is your current employer and your the one who needs his background check checked. I also have proof that you are in fact the thief. I can verify all of the statements I have made.

I am appalled that ROR would even print something like this with nothing but the word of a scorned man because I am dating his ex girlfriend.
