On December 20, 1999, we responded to a faxed advertisement from The Player's Exchange, offering unbelievable savings on vacation packages. After speaking with a representative over the telephone, my wife gave them $698.00 from her credit card. Since then we haven't heard from them. Starting in February 2000, we thought we'd try to use our vacation package. The telephones were either inoperative or kept ringing on the following dates: 2/12/2000; 2/23/2000; 2/24/2000 and 3/1/2000. A fax was sent to (407) 481-0228 on 2/23/2000. All these communications attempts were unanswered. On march 2, 2000 I finally spoke to a real person (Doreen - no last name). I explained my concerns that after having sent $700, I was not about to send more money until someone spoke to me. She expressed her understanding and said she would try to get a vacation place for us. On 3/3/2000, 3/15/2000 and 4/3/2000 Doreen said he didn't have any "offers". On 4/5/2000 I wrote a letter requesting a simple return of our initial $698.

Their number 800-599-3565 has been disconnected. Their telephone number (407) 481-0118 is rarely in service. Apparently they have moved from 301 E. Hillcrest in Orlando, to 1 S Orange Avenue, Suite 402, Orlando, FL 32801.

They promised us 3 great vacations and a free cruise. We can't even get them on the telephone.

We just want our money back. We haven't cost them anything. All they have to do is call our credit card company and give the money back.
