They accepted and confirmed my order and my payment on Jan 10th, 2016. By Jan 31 I had not received the shipment and I had not received any tracking number. I sent them a reminder by email; they said it had not even been shipped yet. They said they were sorry and "will get back to you tomorrow regarding this! Either with a tracking number or a solution to the problem!"

I did not receive any update from them since and now is Feb 2nd.

It was not my first order from them. I ordered from them several times in the past and I was satisfied with their work.
