Ray Reynolds and his many aliases are all SCAMS!!! All they sell is a bunch of empty promises! They don't deliver on anything that they promise or what you pay for, nor is their money back guarantee honored. What you do get for your money is a bunch of double talk and the run around! You are better off spending your money on the lotto... same return on your investment! Forget the extras (i.e. the One-on-Ones with Ray himself, Real Estate classes, Building Corporate Credit classes, etc.), because you won't even get the basics (i.e. corporation name search, Articles of Incorporation, etc.). After purchasing one of their products and submitting the corporation name that I wanted to use, they returned to me "alleged" articles of incorporation documents to me. When I attempted to file them, the State of Nevada said that the company name was already in use. That was the first thing Ray Reynolds' organization promised to do... a name search. Needless to say, I have never received any of the other items I paid for. For well over a year I've attempted to have them honor their word, to no avail. I've called, written, faxed, and have even visited their office. You'll never get to speak to Ray directly and the customer service rep (David Chavez) is incompetent, rude, and cowardly (must be the Napoleon complex that runs rampant there). Save your money and check out one of the reputable online incorporation services. Camille El Segundo, California

Ray Reynolds Getting Rich on your dime!

AUTHOR: Jay - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, May 14, 2007

I tried the Ray Reynolds plan a few years ago and yes got scammed out of thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it. His routine has not changed over the years. I saw an infomercial last night and it brought back some bitter memories. I love the part where he whips out a wallet full of credit cards that drop to the floor and says I have over 1 million in credit and you can too. Blah blah blah.

I still have doubts whether or not what he promises to teach you is even legal or effective. In fact in my research post Ray Reynolds I have found some contradictions in his claims. Building credit takes time, patience and good personal credit as well. You can't buy good credit and a corporation won't magically get you there either.

Not to say that being incorporated doesn't have its advantages, but Ray would have you believe that the two go hand in hand and you can't have one without the other, probably because this is where he makes most of his money. Pushing his corporations that have been sitting on the "shelf" and of course all the services required to incorporate. Meanwhile you are left in the dark and blindly following this man's every word.

Desperate for some real help on building business credit I ran across this site (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). There is a lot of good basic info listed for free on the site pages and they offer a step by step guide to do-it-yourself credit. The guide is $50 and it gave me 100% more info than I ever received from Ray Reynolds and for the price it was well worth the investment.

The bottom line is don't take short cuts and be prepared to put some work into building your credit. If something sounds too good to be true or if you heard about it in an infomercial.... Run Run Run.

Hope this helps someone out there save some money and some headache!!
