Reader's Digest sent a box which states on the outside " you have been sent a Free Gift plus a new customer bonus gift! -- SEE INSIDE -- ". The problem is I did not ask to be a "New Customer" of Reader's Digest. I did not order any reading material. I opened the box to see if there was correspondence with a phone number inside so I could call and advise I was returning the items. No correspondence was inside the box.
The address on the box read, "The Reader's Digest Association, Inc.,
7501 Winstead Drive, Louisville, KY 40281."
Being suspicious of their "Free Gift", I am holding the item in it's original box just in case I get billed for it. If I get a bill I will not pay and will make a formal complaint to the police.
