I'm the one you convinced not to get my money back ($1500), from the Real Estate Law
Firm, because your company could "definitely " help me. That's what you
said...definitely, not maybe, or not if this happens or that happens. you
said defiantly!Well, over a week ago someone by the name of Christina LeMaster called me
from 561-536-5152. She leaves a message to inform me that GMAC has rejected
my loan modification request due to "excessive surplus" and
"affordability!"She went on to say the request will need to be restructured and resubmitted
to attempt another request.

Well, when I called her, this lady sound like she worked for GMAC, and said
I have "too much money in my savings account" , and base on my tax returns,
I can afford to pay the loan. What is that? You guys NEVER said to us it
depends on if we have any money in the bank. It was suppose to be based on
the interest rate is too high, and because they increased the payment, along
with the rest of my bills, i couldnt meet the new increase.And what happen
to the information we provided on the form of expenses?

When I told her we were meeting the payments orinally set in our loan, then it went up, she
said"That's life as being a homeowner. She also told me we were paying too
much money in car loans. What does that criticism have to do with anything.
She said "While I'm driving a Ford Edge(which she called an expensive car)',
she is driving a 2005 Toyota, or something like that. How dare she act like
we are living on the hog. My transportation is a necessity, she called it "a
choice!" is this what your loan negotiators are like?

Why are you in business to tramp on the customer you represent?
I NEED MY MONEY BACK !I WANT MY $1500 back that I paid you, because the Real Estate Law Firm has done NOTHING but STOLE my money!!!You deceived me Steve. Your company is one of those who scam people out of their little money just to profit your company.

I have been scammed!!! And you are the chief scam artist. If you don't return my money, congratulations...I'm your sucker!!!  Now I am further behind since I took the $1500 that would have normally gone to GMAC and paid on the mortgage? Now what am going to do?

The lady would not give me a refund. You took my money and had all the information on file to examine and determine YOU COULD NOT HELP US BASED ON THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BEFORE IT WAS SUBMITTED TO GMAC! Why would you do this to us?? Why??
