the refurb depot I ordered some products from them and it's been more than 15 days and i didn't receive anything, I'm not being able to get a hold of them via phone or e-mail, than i checked reviews with a lot of comp brooklyn, New York

I ordered products from refurbdepot.com, they say they ship withing 3 days but it's been 15 days and nothing, i checked my status and said that was shipped but there's no tracking # so i tried to call them 3 times and i waited 45 minutes each time and no one answered, e-mailed them 5 times and no response. so i checked reviews and people were complaining about the same problem. they are selling products that they don't have and charging anyways. the reviews were saying that they e-mailed them after forever saying that the order had been canceled because the product was out of stock even though they charged for the product. they took the money out of my account 3 days after. this got to stop, i can't believe the are still in busines after so many complains
