The resource scout llc M****** ripping poor people off Utah

 I received a call saying they were calling about a grant I had applied for and the government was going to give me $6500 tax and interest free money. Now to an unemployed, parolees, single mother this sounds too good to be true. At first I was standoffish but he stated several times that this was a recorded government line and all I needed to do was give him a credit card number to a card that had a $5 positive balance. I had a netspend card that wasn't activated so he said I just needed to activate it and add $5 and he would call back in an hour. An hour later I gave him the info and he gave me a 6 digit confirmation number to give when they called me back the next day. Of course there was no call back and when I checked my account balance, they had taken $4.85, leaving me with $0.15.
