I purchased a 10 Page Web Site - Website Design, Hosting & Domain.
I was advised the company would allow me up to a year to do my website design. I e-mailed the contact person to start preparing my website. I sent the logo and domain information for my website.
Shortly,I sent my text, resume,and icons I wanted to be on my website. The following month, I e-mailed the contact person to see how my website draft was coming along. After no reply, I e-mailed the company. The owner of the company responded and asked me "Is this a joke"? He further responsed that I have to send them the info I want on my website which I had done.
He offered to refund my money if I was not satisfied. My response to him was that I wanted my contact person to notify me because I wanted to get my website done. I e-mailed him proof that the contact person and I had communicated and I had sent the info that was needed to draft my website.
I continued calling and leaving messages on the machine but was not contacted by anyone.
