The Richmark Group Dishonesty Plagiarism Ripoff Chicago Illinois

I have worked for several companies who have employed the RICHMARK GROUP to perform customized market research studies. During this time I managed defining the objectives, writing the specifications and determining the form of the output for these studies. I also reviewed interim reports they did during the research and made changes to their methodology and reporting of the results as it was conducted.

Recently I attempted to show a fictionalized version of one of their studies on my website. Despite the fact that I played a major role in the formulation of this research and regardless of the fact that Richmark was paid for their efforts, they claim that they authored the entire report: even my fictionalized version of the report. Again, the report was managed and paid for by my company, it was scrubbed so that it bore little resemblance to the original study. This company still claims that they have complete ownership of anything that has to do with this study.

Companies should take care that they will be able to utilize and cite the results of research that they pay for with this company. Richmark may threaten legal action or demand additional fees before permitting a previous client to use even scrubbed results of custom research for which Richmark was paid. In short, I would recommend avoiding the RICHMARK GROUP. Find a firm with greater integrity and a desire to treat previous clients with some degree of respect.
