The Right Move Inc therightmove4u.com Awful experience, TRASHED my furniture, wouldn't take responsibility New York Nationwide

I hired The Right Move Inc to move a table from Chicago to London.  The table left Chicago in one piece, no dents, no scratches, no pieces missing.  It arrived essentially like firewood. 2 chunks out of one corner, the skirting board cracked off, dents on 3 sides of the table and the top.

Michelle Franklin from the company first tried to pass along responsibility saying it went through 7 different hands.  I paid her for professional packing and wrapping--I didnt skimp there.  She then said she did her job getting this from Chicago to London and it's not her fault it got bashed, I should just file a claim.  She was unprofessional, condescending and the fact that she tried to tell me that her job was done, was infuriating.  

Do not use The Right Move Inc if you care about your belongings arriving in the new location in the same condition as it left.  Do not use The Right Move Inc or therightmove4u.com if you want a stress free experience.  I'd say only use this company if your stuff is garbage and additional 'character' added via a move is what you intend.

Horrible experience, horrible company, horrible job done by them.
