Oh Boy, you talk about a True Sh*thole of a Company. This company is an absolute Pump-N-Dump office. Raymond Burkhardt heads up this sh*thole. Tamara Kidd is the pathetic floor manager. She has this position by default onlt says the owner Ray , because he has no one else to run his office or she would be in the corner desk, just like Ryan Kelly,the bi-sexual guy who has been scamming brokers for nearly 14 years. Ray will take on a stock for about 2-3 months, they will call brokers nationwide and hound them until they buy shares of whatever stock Raymond Burkhardt represents at that time. They will high pressure the brokers until they buy the stock for their clients.

Once the campaign/contract runs out on that company/stock, and The ritman agency runs the stock price up to a certain dollar amount. The ritman agency is then done with the stock and it plunges/tanks down and all the clients that got into it via the stockbroker ends up loosing all their money on that stock. The ritman agency doesny care if the client of the stockbroker looses money because Raymond is paid a fee to represent the company/stock, and then takes on a whole new stock, and the process continues.

The rep calls and hounds the broker until he buys the stock for his client and the ritman agency runs the stock and ends the contract and the stock pluments again, again, loosing the brokers client money. As long as the SEC lets the ritman agency get away with this tactic, the more clients will continously loose money. Tamara Kidd is pure white negro trash. In all of the morning meets, she always pumps up the Black ways by implyng that the only right way is the Black way, and that if you dont think and act black, your are not doing things the right way. That in itself is total office racism. She is married to a black, and if your not black, your not right.

She is absolute trash as a manager. She is running Raymond office right into the ground while the glorified receptionist Jill Landers listens in on all calls to brokers to make sure that the reps are hounding the stockbrokers. This company has been brought to the attention of the SEC & FCC thanks to me. This office will be shut down soon. Raymond Burkhardt is planning to move his office to be incognito to a downtown office in Orlando to avoid detection from the SEC, but they have been informed of that move already. This company has changed names a couple of times to avoid getting caught. The company used to be called Bay Hill Partners before they were called the ritman agency.

They will most likely change the name again once Ray moves his office in August of this year. Once I saw the corrupt antics of this company, I soaked them for $700 a week salary + bonuses and did not have 1 sale at all. This company does not abide by the DO Not Call list at all. Several brokerage firms have filed complaints on this company. As long as Raymond Burkhardt recieves money from these companies, these practises will not stop. But, the SEC will step in shortly... Ray, your reign of corruptness will be ending soon. After 8 years of seeing clients loose money for stocks that you pump-n-dump, it's your turn.
