The Romar Group, Inc. is a RIP Off company. They are currently featured in Black Enterprise Magazine (Nov. 2004) as one of the up and coming companies who has signed a deal with NASCAR to produce promotional apparel. The company is also listed as making $90 million in sales, however can not afford to meet their payroll. It is an outrage. Several employees have been laid off and been given their last pay check only to discover NO funds available at Manufacturers Bank. Call the bank! You don't even need the account number, the banking officals will ask the account name and state without a doubt "NO FUNDS AVAILABLE". Several employees, including myself have called Don Polk, CEO and President of The Romar Group, Inc. regarding the funds owed and he refuses to take our calls. What SCUM! Maybe NASCAR should re-evaluate their partnership.
