I spent over $1200 on an entertainment center, 6 months old, that keeps falling apart. I also have a $800 couch, 2 years old that has broken bracing in the back and underneath. If you can get the Room Store customer service to return your calls, they will end up calling you a liar and daring you to call a lawyer. It is a blowoff.
They told me because I had young children, they couldn't honor the warrantys because it must have been the kids that broke everything. Don't waste your money or time on this disposable furniture. You will hate the quality and you will not get the warrantys honored. I have bought a few things in the past from them and it always takes months to get anything fixed if you can get it fixed at all.
I had friends warning me about the Room Store and I didn't listen. Now I get to pay for something I do not have anymore unless a lawyer helps me make it right - and I am going to pursue that avenue!
