The Room Store Manager Carla After purchasing over $4,000 I was rudely disrespected by Manager Carla, and hung up on 3 times instead resolving my issues. No quality services was rendered, I sent all of it back, I will not be insulted. There should not be any charges, it has been less than 24 hours. Instead of fixing the problem managers scheduled a pick seems not to care that stakeholders pay thier salary. Catonsville Maryland

I refused to be disrespected and and hung up on 3 times by the manager Carla of The Room Store of Baltimore National Pike, MD. I purchased over $4,000 worth of furniture and some of it arrived damanges. That deliver was returned and promised another shipment for Saturday Feb 2, due to the compromising position it put me and my family in not able to eat at the kitchen table, Top was damaged, dining chair went back, and other one has a shorter leg, if someone sits on it, it will cause an injury. After receiving a phone call from that office, I was told that deliver was going to be 7 Feb, not acceptable, you have my money, I received damaged merchandise, and someone did not put the order in. I demanded to speak with the manager, instead, I got hung up on three times, Carla did not take any interest in my problems, no managerial decision making skills. She was rude and does not care about the quality of services to consumers, and or stakeholers. Carla was not willing to assist me and resolve the issue. When I became frustrated, and repeatledly calling back after being hung up on. I told her that she has cost the store over $4,000 and a customer. She seems to not care about the quality of services, she rudley hung up again, and refused me give me corporates' number. After calling the 809 Store in Baltimore, MD, speaking with Lisa, there seems nothing that she can due but call Carla and schedule a pick up for all the furnishing. There is over 4 rooms of furnishing that must be picked up. I will have to take my business to a store that cares about the quality of services, and respects it stakeholders. They have the nerve to try to charge me 10% restock fees, when this issue could have been resolved in a more professional mannerism. It is sad that America has changed for the worst, and no one seems to care. The manager has not tried to work anything out for me, by at least saying what can we do, we can send your new furnishing earlier, or discount your order something. Instead, I restating, I was rudely mistreated, hung up on and at the cost of the company's reputation. Dear Corporate Manager, I called Customer Relations, no one returned my call. I emailed the webstore, no reply! How do we reslove this. An very agry consumer-stakeholder. Strange, how that store took my money, and rendering poor services. No customer should be treated this way!!
