THIS COMPANY THE ROUTE BROKERS INC. OWNED BY KENNETH SUSSMAN OF 107 NOTHERN BLVD. OF GREAT NECK NY 11021, REFUSE TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT $20,000 I GAVE FOR A ROUTE I WAS BUYING FROM CANADA DRY BOTTLING COMPANY IN EAST BRUNWICK NJ.
I PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT ON 8/16/2018 AND UNTIL ABOUT 10/30/2018 I WAS NEVER APPROVED BY CANADA DRY FOR THIS PURCHASE SO I WAS TOLD BY CANADA DRY THAT I WAS TOO OLD (59) AND BECAUSE I HAD A SLIGHT LIMP THEY WERENT GOING TO APPROVE ME.
SO I WENT TO THE ROUTE BROKERS INC. AND RELAYED THIS MESSAGE OF WHAT I HEARD TO THEM AND REQUESTED MY DEPOSIT OF $20,000 RETURNED AS I WASNT APPROVED BY THE MASTER DISTRIBUTORS AND I CANT BUY THE ROUTE.
THEY (THE ROUTE BROKERS OWNER) KENNETH SUSSMAN AND HIS COHORT CHRISSY EVENS REFUSED ME MY DEPOSIT BACK AND TOLD ME TO GET MY LAWYER TO FILE A LAWSUIT IF I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THE ROUTE BROKERS AS THEY ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND THEY ARE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY....STAY AWAY TO ANYONE BUYING A ROUTE GO ELESWHERE....
