The russel country dhr refuses to take action against my black neighbors who have verbally assaulted their kids in their drive way have drinking and drug parties because I saw them using credit cards on the hood of their car seperating drugs but because their black they shouldn't be held accountable but the dhr took away white peoples kids just because they had tatoos Russel county dhr I have witness my neighbors who are black verbally assault their kids and they wouldn't be doing nothing wrong phenix city AL

My neighbors who are black not trying to be racist because I'm not but a concerned neighbor. These neighbors would have drinking and drug parties right in front of their underage kids.  I have also noticed how violent they are to their little kids violently screaming mentally and verbally abusing them and they wouldn't be doing anything wrong. I just have to wonder what their life is like because their mother is a crazy mentally ill person and she is getting away along with their father with abusing those kids.

They would be fighting at 3"00 am in the morning right in front of those underage kids. And everyone in the neighborhood is trying to sleep. This mother didn't like it because the police were called to break up the fight. Well DUH! what would she think if her family and friends are screaming at each other and fighting over something STUPID! This proves she is mentally ill.

I saw them and I know what people who are dealing in drugs do from watching t.v. They were having the gall to do drugs right when I was looking at them. They were having credit cards separating the drugs to smoke them. When I called the police this one man drove away flying but the cops didn't do anything about it.

She walks around all cocky with a demon smile on her face. Because she is getting away with breaking the law having drinking parties and drug parties and child abuse. This mother is STUPID to think that the neighbors wouldn't call the police to their party friends and family fighting with each other. She is full of it! But because she thinks she is black. That they should be said nothing to. Even while their party friends are screaming and wanting to kill each other over something FRIVLOUS!
