 Placed an order for a curling iron. Order #11704. Was told it would ship 7-10 days. After about 20 days, I contacted them by email. They responded that there was a delay in customs, but be assured my order would ship. Contacted several more times, no response. Went to website, sent a message there 3 times. No response
