We were lied to by Jeremy Roberts who convinced us we could qualify for a loan modification. We paid $2495 with the understanding that there was a guaranteed refund if it didn't work. There were loan officers who worked on our case but we never fit the category for a modification. We filed a complaint and have been waiting for a refund, but I called again and the phones were disconnected. I went to their location and the company had quickly moved out over the weekend. I've been looking for the registered agent (Jacob Satterfield's) address to file a small claims law suit but the address listed appears to be an Arby's restaurant. If anyone has a location for either Jeremy or Jacob, I'd like to know it. It seems now that this was their plan from the start.
I hope that if enough people file a complaint with the Utah Division of Real Estate, we can get some help tracking them down.

I did send mail there though and it was sent back undeliverable...I do believe I saw Jacob listed in the phone book in South Jordan...any luck finding his house?
