In a final attempt to personally address unresolved issues with Michael Kent Schiltz, I placed a phone call to him this evening seeking to discuss and resolve our differences.

Mr Schiltz answered defensively and angrily and accused me of all manner of malfeasance. Indeed, we had two subsequent heated conversations with similar result.

However, most notably, Mr Schiltz accused me of being a "false god". I have no idea what he meant by that comment and will therefore refrain from responding.

IMHO, Mr Schiltz is a danger to himself and to others. More importantly, IMHO, Mr Schiltz is in desperate need of psychiatric intervention and/or medical assistance.

Regrettably, I must post this update due to the fact that Mr Schiltz has issued statements indicating that he is fearful of harm that might come to him and/or his family as a result of this complaint.

Mr Schiltz continues to refuse to respond to this complaint in a mature, professional manner and instead has chosen to disseminate absurd and unfounded comments because he presumably has no other substantive rebuttal for his unethical behavior.

While everything stated in this report is true and accurate, I have asked the publisher of Ripoffreport.com to remove this record or allow that it be revised, solely because I regret having allowed a business dispute to become a personal matter.

The publisher has refused this request citing such would be a violation of their stated policy. Having been accused of "extortion" by Mr Schiltz as a result of this complaint, I understand and agree with the Publisher's policy.

Although Mr Schiltz has verbally acknowledged that the original complaints levied against him were "right" and has since issued a non-specific written apology, he has refused to discuss the continuing dispute in a mature and professional manner.

Moreover, he has continued to conduct himself in a manner indicating that his apology and acknowledgment were insincere.
