The Scrapbooking Patch I ordered Disney punches on 8/22/07, have not gotten merchandise, spent $33.49. Hellam Pennsylvania

Contact has been made????? I have been contacting her since October. I have e-mails from her telling me she owes me money, but she refuses to send me the amount she STOLE from me. In fact in her mind if she refunds me any money it is considered a refund. I have the e-mail from her telling me she is going to pay me less than what she owes me, which I REFUSE to accept. look at all the reports filed against her. She has at least 8 reports here are the file number so far that I have found: 310199,309652,305592,300809,301306,302531,298264.

Every single one of them has had contact with her. She keps telling them she losy their information , which is not true!!!
Now that we are asking for our money back, she accuses us of harrasing her!!!

She is still selling her items on various Yahoo groups, anything to do with Disney, Girlscouts, Sizzix, and any craft groups and yes even on EBAY. She has numerous e-mail address.
She has asked me to help her find people she scammed and give them her e-mail address. How ever the e-mail address she gave me she then states further in the e-mail; " I am not sure this one works"
I have chosen to e-mail her at all the e-mail address we have found that she has. Just to make sure she gets it.

This case has been turned over to the York Police Dept. She is under investigation. There are cases filed with the York DA. Any one who has been scammed by her PLEASE COME FORWARD!!!! It doesn't matter what you spent, it matters that you come forward.
In her mind, if you don't file a report, then you are ok with letting her take your money.

She is a liar and a theif. She promised on a yahoo group publicly to have all her past debts resolved by FEB 10 2008. People are still waiting. Same excuses!!!!
So don't let her rebuttles be misleading, contact has been made long before she lets people belive it was made. She is relying on you not to come forward so she can keep the money she took from you.

I ordered Disney punches back in Aug. 22 2007. At the time she was (supposedly) have a 60% off sale. I ordered a few of them, which brought my total to 33.49 with shipping included. She did say it would take her 4 weeks for me to get them unless I wanted it sooner I had to request it in the order. Which I did. This was over summer vacation so I was busy, I sat down one day to see if my orders came in ( I had ordered from other companies and have a check list) and found that her did not.

I tried calling her with the number she left on her website, I got an answering machine. I also sent her an e-mail telling her I did not get my punches. Wendy responded with this: Tracy, I'm very very sorry about this, your invoice never printed on my end, I just looked it up and those had to be special ordered, so I'm doing that now......I had no idea the punches were on order from you --- again my apologies. I will get them on order right away and should have them in the week............... Thanks for the voice mail, otherwise I wouldn't have known. Until who knows when---I am doing orders in order, and its in my system, but its not printed on hardcopy --which is how I'm doing orders.................thanks -its printed now.

I sent her a request from Pay pal to have my money refunded. She did not respond until Jan 16 2008, which Wendy Cancled the request. I also sent numerous e-mails at vairious e-mail address Wendy provided me, but some of them had prepopulated responses giving me another e-mail address to write to. I saw that Wendy was advertising on one of the Yahoo groups I am on, and I contacted the group moderator, who must have contacted Wendy, becasue she sent a nasty e-mail to the group. That's when I discoverd I was not the only one. Wendy has been doing this for some time now.

I have contacted the York Pa District attorney, I also contacted the USPS because she is using their P.O. Box to continue the fraud, I have contacted the New York State internet fraud department.
