Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I responded to a pop-up ad on EBAy for the Seller's Lounge. If I charged $3.95 for shipping and handling on my card, I would get a FREE CD from the Sellers Lounge for selling on Ebay. I gave them my debit card information.
I received the CD, watched some of it and thought, it was ok.
For the second month in a row, my bank account has been charged $49.95 a month. Nothing in the ad was said about any kind of "membership or subscription".
They are a total scam and ripoff and Ebay should be ashamed to be associated with this company.
Is there anything I can do further about this situation? Who do I report them to ? Can I get my money back?

It says in the terms and conditions that aater a 10 day trial, your credit card will be charge 49.95 a month. It is basically a drop shipping type thing and they want you to buy all the crap you sell from them. But the problem there are already MANAMY MANY MANY people already doing the same thing so the competition is too great to make any monet at all. my advice always READ the terms and conditions.
