I asked for the free plus shipping dvd, thinking that was the end of that. Now I find $52.18 was agian taken from my credit card account. I never even listened to the dvd. I did cancel the service in May and they said that was the end. The telephone number I phoned put me through to a mail box that was full.

I too ordered the FREE disc for 3.95 shipping and handling charges to find two weeks later a charge of 49.95 on my credit card. I called 1-801-855-5219 and finally got ahold of someone, told them I wanted to cancel my subscription and that there was an unauthorized charge of 49.95 on my credit card and that I wanted a credit voucher to cover that charge. They said I should receive it within 2 weeks.
