The Senior Center Constantly soliciting for donations Washington, DC D C

This place is trying to represent itself as an organization that is an advocate for Senior Citizens. They have different packaging for their donation requests, but it is the same organization with different colored envelopes and different verbage in the letters that accompany their begging.  They have been sending these letters saying that our social security and other senior services are in jeopardy.  The clever wording that they use makes it sound like we are all in imminent danger of losing benefits immediately.  What's so sad about it is I'm sure there are several seniors falling for this scam.  I even fell for it myself in the beginning.  I've made donations to them on three different occasions.  Not that much money.  But when I started getting three to six letters from them IN ONE DAY, I knew it was a scam.  I am now receiving their letters EVERY DAY except Sunday, and its been that way for a couple of months now.

I've asked to be removed from the mailing list about a thousand times, but that is ignored.  I received four letters today!  I am sick of this outfit (I can't call it an organization).  Because I know that innocent seniors are sending them money.  They need to be stopped.  What can we do?
